Original Pepper Jam

Our Original Chile Pequin Pepper Jam aka Ol' Tejano has the boldest and smokiest heat out of all of our jams. Use it sparingly as a spicy glaze for grilled meats and seafood, or try topping baked Brie with it for some extra kick.  Incorporate it into stir-fries or marinades for a spicy twist. Remember, a little goes a long way, so experiment cautiously to find the perfect balance of heat and flavor in your dishes.
