Brazilian Santos coffee is dry-processed, meaning it is left to ripen naturally inside the fruit guaranteeing a sweet, but not exceptionally fruity, taste to tease the palate. Light bodied with a good aroma, this magnificent coffee contains a degree of natural sweetness found only in this region. A perfect balance between body and acidity, it is sure to please.
