Will I receive tickets in the mail, or do I pick them up?

Tickets will not be shipped. Instead, each attendee will receive a wristband which can be picked up at one of the Viva Big Bend box offices. The person who paid for the passes will need to present a government issued picture I.D. (driver’s license, passport). Your online receipt is helpful, but not required. If multiple passes were ordered at the same time, only the person who bought the tickets needs to be present to pick up the wristbands.

Covid-19 information
If the festival were to be cancelled on account of the pandemic, a full refund will be issued. The health and safety of VBB attendees is the most important consideration. The event will continue as long as it is not in conflict with any rules/guidelines set for by the State of Texas and local authorities at that time.
